At Cocina 4Eva , Chef Lani , where I am the proud owner, I define catering by offering authentic menu items designed to bring joy to your table. After the passing of my beloved grandmother, Evalina, in 2021, I embarked on this culinary journey as a way to soothe my grief and honor her legacy. She had a remarkable talent for cooking, always infusing her dishes with love and warmth.
